Pump.fun transferred 12,000 SOL to the buyback execution address 3 hours ago.
BlockBeats News, July 30th, according to EmberCN monitoring, Pump.fun transferred 12,000 SOL (approximately $2.16 million) to the address designated for executing the PUMP buyback 3 hours ago, for the upcoming continued buyback. On July 16th, Pump.fun transferred 187,770 SOL (approximately $30.53 million) from the fee wallet for the PUMP buyback, and has currently used 129,100 SOL (approximately $21.50 million) to purchase 3.828 billion PUMP, with a buyback average price of $0.0056. The higher buyback average price is due to most of the transactions being made on July 16th, when the PUMP price was above $0.006.
There are divergent views in the community. Yesterday, Dumpster DAO published an analysis on the "market rumor that Pump.fun will increase the token buyback ratio, using 100% of daily income for buyback": after tracking this matter, the community is reminded to carefully monitor on-chain data, as Pump.fun currently only uses recent 100% of income to buy back tokens. Although Pump.fun bundled 100% of income funds for token buyback in the past few days, not all of it has been executed, raising suspicions that they may be misleading on-chain observers. Furthermore, these tokens have not been burned or transferred anywhere, and there is currently no official announcement of a buyback system.
