The UK publicly listed company Tao Alpha is planning to appoint the Head of UTXO Management at BTCfi as a non-executive director.

BlockBeats News, July 7th, UK-listed company Tao Alpha intends to appoint Henry Elder, Head of UTXO Management at BTCfi, as a Non-Executive Director. Henry Elder is expected to join the board after Mark Rutledge's departure.

Prior to this announcement, Tao Alpha is in the process of raising approximately $137.5 million and plans to hold Bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset. Additionally, the company will rebrand to Satsuma with the stock ticker symbol SATS.L.
